Reflection
This class experience varied greatly from that of my past writing courses. The class covered a broad form of contexts that can be used to communicate with audiences. We worked on the process of completing a project through design plans and purpose statements. By working through the production process, each project had a clear process for completion. By analyzing other writer's examples in class I was able to obtain an understanding of the proper forms of communication and how to adapt your message to specific audiences. I believe that the most important thing for me was how to pick the correct topics to write about. Throughout the course, I focused on topics dealing with nutrition. By choosing topics within the area of nutrition, I was able to maintain interest in the course and produce quality works. I believe the most important lesson I received from this course was considering the overall process of writing, as opposed to diving right into writing the actual paper.
